More Than I Expected

Works well. Does a thorough job of cleaning my teeth.. Love the flexibility of options and different brush sizes. The travel component was easy to work with.

A Great Tooth Brush

'I can't live without my Sonicaare tooth brush. Unfortunately it died before the warranty. It was replaced with no problem. (Just the brush unit not the base) I would deffinately get one again because of the good results and good customer service

BEST TOOTHBRUSH IN THE WORLD but...

The Phillips Sonicare FlexCare+ is absolutely incredible. It's a great feeling to run your tongue over your teeth and always have them feel smooth.
The 5 modes are great to have, but I only really use two of them. The Gum Care mode is great because it adds that extra level of clean, and it really does make a difference in your smile. The Refresh mode is really nice too because it gives you a quick...well, refresh before you go out. I do theatre and I would use it for a quick clean up right before every show.
The UV sanitizer is probably the best part. I love knowing that my toothbrush head is 100% clean all the time. The battery life is better than I could ask for and I never really have to worry about it. The Quadpacer timer is really handy because it takes the guess work out of brushing. It has a great grip on it that lets you brush even with wet hands. The travel case is very well designed. It is tough and sanitary. I also loved the specially designed toothbrush caps with vents that came with it. And by the way, the whole model has a beautiful design.
There are two minor problems I have with it. First, unlike the HealthyWhite toothbrush, it doesn't set time to focus on your front visible teeth. I find that 30 seconds for each quadrant is enough to get all my teeth clean, but I would really appreciate another like 30 seconds or a minute added to the Gum Care and Clean modes that focuses on the front teeth and cleans them with a different vibration, just like the HealthyWhite. I currently use the Gum Care mode and let it finish, then I have to to turn it on again and brush my top front teeth and bottom front teeth for 30 seconds each. This shortens the battery life, but I don't feel like it properly cleans my visible teeth without doing so. Secondly, the cord is really annoying. It kind of dangles out and the wrap around feature is difficult to use and doesn't fit the entire cord, so I have to let it dangle out. It takes away from the design of the rest of the model and I always have to worry about it. It should be a removable cord like on the Braun electric shavers. That would be really nice.
But once again, these problems are very minor. Don't let them turn you off. This product is GREAT! The price is high, but if you can, I highly recommend you make this investment. Ever since I added this toothbrush to my oral care routine, my dentist has told me that I am his cleanest patient. Great job Philips!

It is easy to inadvertently switch from clean to gum care to refresh etc. unless you are aware of your hand and finger placement. The more I use the Flex +, the better my technique and hand placement has become. I am 6'3" with large hands. This a good product and I would recommend it. My dentist and his staff suggested this product to me and after 6 months of reading reviews and considering the cost I did purchase it last month. Very satisfied with results as I am dedicated to my teeth and gum care as it affects my overall health.

Quality product

I've been using this brush for a few months. I love it! It's super easy to use and cleans your teeth and gums very well. I had been thinking about getting an electric toothbrush but didn't know if it was worth the money. After using this product I would say I do not regret spending the money on it.
Pros: cleans teeth wonderfully, long battery life, can easily be shared, battery life good travel without charger
Cons: replacement heads pricey

I was happy enough with my choice of the Philips Sonicare FlexCare+ that I bought one for my teenage granddaughter. She's thrilled with it. When she travels with friends or Mom and Dad she can stow it in her tidy carry case. Got to keep those pearly whites in good condition!
Pros: convenient, timed cleaning sessions, compact unit, sterilizing feature great
Cons: expensive brush heads
