I have never had such great service in all my years. The gentleman on the phone was patient, courteous, kind, considerate and effective. He asked good questions. He listened for the answers. He asked me if I had questions. He listened again for my answers. He repeated everything to me for accuracy. The fellow did everything right. The products all arrived within a couple days. Everything was exactly as I requested. KUDOS!

Easy to use

I replaced my last Sonicare electric toothbrush with this one. I felt I had good results from that one but This one has many new features the last one didn't have. I like the 5 brushing modes. I enjoy the brush sanitizer and the fact the brush is kept in a clean environment. I always had problems with the buildup of tarter. This system seems to work in that area as well. I go to have my teeth cleaned every 3 months and it's not torture because there is not a lot of tarter build up like I had before I used the Sonicare. The only problem I experience is putting on and pulling off the brush head. I have to use a cloth to hold the brush to remove. It really fits tight.
It may be designed like that but I never had that problem with my last Sonicare.

Pros: teeth and gums feel great, get's rid of tarter, brush stays clean and sanitized
Cons: putting the brush on and off the unit

Great results

I've had improved dental checkups for years with Sonicare toothbrushes and highly recommend them. Would have rated 5 stars if the shaft where the brush head was stronger. Mine worked loose but customer service was great and immediately resolved the issue. The head design on the older models was better but overall this is a great product that I will still continue to buy and recommend.
Pros: great performance and results
Cons: weak attach shaft for brush heads

Performance Features Reliability

Performance both the tooth brush and the sanitizer perform flawlessly.
Features many to choose from all come in handy dependent on the condition or sensitivity of your mouth with the added bonus of being able to sanitize the tooth brush.
Reliability I have had many other electric tooth brushes none of which clean or are as reliable as the Phillips Sonicare

I like the brush and gum care feature. Caused slight chipping on front teeth from hard shaft of brush head, maybe if it was rubberized to prevent the hard part vibrating against teeth.
Pros: gum care feature is a plus
Cons: the hard shaft on the brush chips teeth

My dentist recommended I use this toothbrush years ago. Although I didn't avoid a visit to the periodontist, that was obly for a deep scaling .... since then I have maintained the excellent condition of my teeth and gums with two-three times daly use to fhe Sonicare.
Pros: easy to use;cleans well

I really love the toothbrush

Besides for really enjoying the toothbrush, being that after using it my mouth feels great, it feels clean, smooth and refreshing, i recently had an issue with my toothbrush that is wasn't recharging, not knowing what to do, i decided to call the Phillip company them selves and i must that their customer service was amazing, they sent me a replacement toothbrush, I so appreciated that
