This is my second Sonicare toothbrush. I liked the last one, but this one leaves teeth and mouth feeling even better. We choose the one that is labeled for gum care since my husband has gum problems. His gums have improved. I read reviews about the blue light being on all the time, but it is only on while you are using the sanitizer. Does not bother me.
Pros: teeth feel much cleaner than manual cleaning, easy for two people to use, nice to have various options such as massage etc., timer is good to make sure cleaning properly, nice travel carrier
Cons: can't think of one

The ultra violet cleaner is flawed

My ultra violet head cleaner went out the first month I had it, Phillips replaced it, now 6 months later, it has gone out again. This is rediculous.
Pros: timer modes and design of the tooth brush
Cons: ultra violet cleaner breaks down too often

I am not trying to be ugly but you want the truth so here it is.
I paid a lot of money for this product becuse my dentist sold it to
me telling me how great it is. I have used it faithfully and still no improvement with my teeth my toothbruch did just as good.
I have had this product over a year and the handle had to be
replaced it just quit. Your comppany was good enough to replace
it, thank you.
The toothbrushes need to be redesigned they do not fit on your
teeth the way they should to get a good clean result and clean
the hard to get places.
I paid 32.00 for a Interplak water system that is 5 years old now
and still works so you can see I was disappointed in spending
so much for your product and disappointed in the results.

A short time after purchasing this product, I returned to my dentist for an adjustment of my partial. He was very pleased with the improvement in my gums. The quadrant timer is excellent in guiding adequate cleaning time in each area. This product sits on our counter taking up little room and is handy for my husband as well. The brush heads are easily interchangeable with the alternate being stored in the UV Unit. We would not be without such an effective unit for our dental health!

Cons: timer is too soft for hard of hearing

I have had this toothbrush for over 2 years. I had a charging issue with the original, however, contacted customer service and was refreshingly assisted in getting a replacement. The company is amazing and was able to get me a new one quickly.
