The design could be improved to keep the color coded o-ring in place better. It shifts loose when the toothbrush is in use.

This product is a dud!!

This is the second replacement for this Philips Sonicare #HX6950. The original and both replacements have not held a battery charge after several weeks.. I am very disappointed in the quality of this product.
Pros: good design
Cons: original and two replacements and i still don't hr

Battery gave up on me-Great Customer Service!

My husband & I bought our FlexCare+ tooth brushes at the same time & my battery won't hold a charge after a year (while my husbands is still going strong). I tried everything, including the 24hr re-set by keeping my toothbrush on the charger. I even tried putting it on my husbands charger-no luck! I called customer service today & they said I was out of warranty, but they are sending me a brand new toothbrush handle in 7-10 business days & ill send them the defective one. What great customer service, on top of a great product!

My dental hygenist was amazed at the improvement after only 6 weeks of use!

Struggling with periodontal disease, I have seen quite an improvement in my dental health. After 6 weeks of use, my hygentist has extended my cleanings from every 3 months to every 4 months and was very impressed. I consider ths a great investment in my dental health and the product will soon pay for itself in the money I save from NOT going to the dentist!

Love how clean my teeth feel! I also don't get that "fuzzy teeth" feeling as quickly or as bad!! Definitely recommend! Worth the price! Also love the sanitizing feature!

This product could be easily improved to my liking if the brush head was made out of a softer plastic like a regular tooth brush. I quit using the toothbrush and would like to return to my dentist for a refund because primarily it is uncomfortable to use. The brush head occassionally clanks against my teeth and it is annoying. If it were made of a softer material it wouldn't feel like hitting your teeth on glass. UGH! Let me know when you have a softer brush head to replace my current ones. Thanks.

Cons: brush head is too hard
