Great product with many new design improvements

I really like my new Flexicare + This is the third Sonicare toothbrush I've owned, and it is the best yet. I like the new easy-to-clean brush design and all the new settings, especially the massage setting. Philips continues in provide new, innovative products.
Pros: easy to clean, multiple easy to select settings

Love this toothbrush

I can't use a plain toothbrush now that I've gotten used to the Sonicare. Nothing cleans better and the built in timer makes it seem like no time at all to brush my teeth adequately. I get great checkups at the dentist every time now and will be using this system for life. This is my second unit though - I wish it lasted a lot longer (about 3 years) and wish it came with a single head rather than just double.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love this tooth brush

Recommended by the dentist office. It took a little getting used to, but my teeth feel soooo clean!!. Couldn't wait to get back from vacation to use it again. Missed it so much, took it along on our 2nd summer vacation. My husband and I are both using it and highly recommend it. Can't wait to go back to the dentist to get the official review, but can tell it is working because my gums no longer bleed when flossing. My husband has the start of gingivitis, so hope it helps with this as well!
Pros: multiple settings, signals when time to move to different section
Cons: brushes expensive, brushes don't last as long as manual brushes

You walk away from the sink feeling good - like when you just got a brushing from a dentist assistant during an office vist!

good experience overall - waiting for the 1st cleaning from the dentist to find out if my plak is same/worst or better since I started using the toothbrush...
Only personal negative is I haven't convinced my wife to use the brush. I lost the plastic cover to the second brush - guess I need to buy another brush - maybe that will get her to swap brushes and give it a shot...
Pros: strong brush motion
Cons: not sure when to use the cleaning device

Good product

Been using this model for decade already, love it! Really helps to keep teeth clean. Every member of my family using those toothbrushes, including my 78 years old Mom. We all take to our trips, no more manual toothbrushes.
Cons: my son's last toothbrush stop charging after 18 mo

EAsy to use; effective

My husband has become an invalid since he bought his Norelco 8170 XL shaver several years ago. I had never shaved anyone before, but that has become my daily job. I find his shaver very user-friendly and easy to keep up, IF I take care of it daily. That means shaking out the dry whiskers completely before rinsing it. Once water gets to the dry whiskers, they gum up the cutters and screens. Effectiveness is gone, and they are hard then to clean. Most often I simply shake and brush, and don't rinse.
I enjoy shaving him each day. It is one thing I can do for him. The Norelco is easier to use than the Remington we also have, and the Norelco screens are much more durable. If I shave him daily, I can give him a very clean shave. My sons say it's much easier ro use a safety razor, but my husband didn't like those even when he was shaving himself. I havre great appreciation for Norelco. Martha J. Alabama

This is a terrific product, with a very user-friendly warranty policy.
My only reservation is that the product seems to wear out or break down after moderate use. I'm currently on my third device, in less than two years. The two earlier devices (both covered by warranty) broke down. stopped taking a charge, motor slowed down, etc.

Overall I am very pleased with this product. It is easy to use and it came highly recommended by my hygienist and my dentist. There are two areas I think could be changed/improved. The clear, hard plastic covers are always coming off. Perhaps a longer cap, with tiny air holes would stay on better. The control buttons are all the same size so it is not unusual to press a button other than the one i want. If the power control button was a different shape, or larger, this might not happen as often. My issues are only minor annoyances and I am very pleased with my Sonicare power brush.
