This product is great at cleaning teeth

Now that I have used the Flexcare toothbrush, I don't want to use a manual brush. After two minutes of brushing, my teeth feel clean.
I have sensitive teeth and since I have been using the Flexcare brush,

I would suggest changing the design or position of the on/off switch. It's easy to accidently turn it off while in the middle of a cleaning cycle.
Pros: easy to use
Cons: change the position of the on/off switch

I have only been using my Flexcare+ unit for about three weeks now and I think it is great. It took a little bit to get use to it but once you do you will not go back...
The one challenge is not to ground (touch) the brush head shaft or main body to you teeth, quite the vibration...
This is the toothbrush for lazy people; you practically just stand there and the brush does all the work...
Pros: ease of use, break in period for new users
Cons: don't want the shaft to touch your teeth.
I would recommend this to a friend!

preferred my first sonicare brush

i find the handle is arranged badly and am frequently turning the brush off when using. have trouble remembering how to use the various buttons and finding how to change the mode. have no idea where i stashed the manual. the brush wobbles badly and the end in the handle acts like it could break off at any time. i prefer a small brush but the design for this model is very awkward to use so i am using the large one. the silver stuff on the handle has worn off and the battery seems much louder than my first sonicare.
Pros: better than manual
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Well at almost a year they had to send me a warrantied brush head and now it is two years old the sanitizer died. So for the money I say it is not worth the money.

Stopped working after 1 month

The toothbrush stopped charging, the battery died, after one month of use. It had cost a lot of money to purchase, and now we can't use it.
The design and performance were great, when it was working. But, now I am reticent to replace it, since I don't want to invest more money is a toothbrush that might die in a short period.
