Love the different setting and automatic stop settings
Pros: long battery life
Cons: often need to buy new tootbrush heads

Love the different programs and the timer. This is my second Philips brush, the first one lasted for many years and preformed so well . My new one is even better. I like the different settings and the new brush head. My only problem is I keep hitting the on off switch when brushing.

We absolutely love our Phillips toothbrush! My teeth have never felt so clean! I can't imagine not having it or not using it. I was hooked after only trying it once!
Pros: makes my mouth so clean!!!
Cons: i can't think of any!

My dentist recommended this toothbrush because I had the beginnings of periodontal disease. It does a much better job of cleaning my teeth and gums than a non-electric brush. The size of the brush is just right for my rather small mouth. After using it for four months, my gums were stronger and the pockets smaller.
The only minor problem I have with the brush is that I sometimes accidentally turn the brush off midway through brushing due to the location of the on/off button on the handle.
Pros: brush is just the right size.
Cons: location of the on/off button.

This electronic tooth brush has more features than required or used, such as massage or deep clean. Either one of those features is seldom used, as I don't see any difference in the excellent end result or feel. I didn't realize you sell the same brush with no extra features, which I would have bought instead. Replacement brushes are expensive and I would change the brushes more often if the price was more reasonable. Overall though the product is excellent and does a way better job than hand brushing.
Pros: excellent end results
Cons: too many features never used.

My dentist recommended that I get a sonicare sooner rather than later. The condition of my gums were getting much worse and I was told that the cost of trying to save them could be staggering. An ounce of prevention up front was better than the possibility of high costs. I have no bleeding of my gums anymore. The toothbrush itself has improved my overall health greatly. My body isn't fighting continual bacteria in my mouth and infected gums anymore. Highly recommend.
Pros: improved gum health, teeth are whiter
