The product performs well and offers excellent choices for working with the gums and teeth. Cleaning it is a little difficult and the handle is bit large but overall it is a very good product.

I really like the look of the toothbrush and ease of using. It is very easy to scroll through the "menu" to find just the right pressure you want. I have sensitive teeth so prefer the sensitive setting, while my husband uses the regular clean setting. Nice to only have one toothbrush that does both and can be sanitized.

I have used Sonicare for many years. The last 2, I have sent back for replacement. It appears that the product has deteriorated in the last year.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'm on my 3rd Sonicare in 16 years. Each one progressively has more features, ease of use, ease of care. Bought at DDS office. Wish I had the UV Sanitizer. I use it 3 - 4 minutes, at least twice, maybe three times a day. My teeth and gums feel great. My Sonicare saved me from gum surgery. I've bought one for my children and granddaughter. Thank you.

Cons: battery not replaceable

I use this brush, travel with it even, and can't imagine not using it twice daily. In the morning, it joins me in the shower for a great morning routine.

The dentist results are quite good with this brush.
Brushes are very expensive.
Customer service is very good.
Cleaning does not seem to be working properly
