UV sanitizer not working

I've only had the new toothbrush a few months and the sanitizer bulb already went out. This is my second sonic brush in less than 4 years (due to first one breaking down) For the expense, I would expect some longevity.
If not breaking down, it works well.
If not breaking down, it works well.
Pros: cleans teeth well.
Cons: breaks-down., uv bulb burns out fast.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This product is top-notch. We are so happy with our purchase! Teeth feel VERY clean, and love the brush cleaner. Has a great 2-week "getting started" feature. Thinking about purchasing this as Christmas presents for family members.

I purchased my toothbrush at my Dentist office. Required charging overnight before first use. Several options provided for gum care...etc. My only dislike is the cost of the replacement brush heads, kinda pricey. Otherwise, Great product.
Pros: cleans and polishes teeth

Batteries lasted only about 3 uses. The rest of the toothbrush is excellent.

The flex care toothbrush really gives me that "just left the dentist office" clean feeling. The timer on the toothbrush makes it easy to tell you are cleaning each side equally. The brush heads are easy to change. You just pull it off and push the refill on. There are several settings but I always use the regular 2 minute cleaning option. I love this toothbrush.
Pros: cleans well, easy to use
Cons: doesn't have a travel charger

product has great features. very long battery life especially since i brush more than twice a day. The only thing i would change is the brush heads. The pro results brush heads seem to wear quicker than the 3 month life they are supposed to have. maybe its because I occasionally brush more than twice a day but its only the refresh cycle if if is. other than that you can't go wrong, excellent!
Pros: long battery life, powerful, sleek and thin, relatively quite
