Optimized my time, is gentle yet cleans thoroughly, lasts far longer than my average toothbrush. Charges and self-cleans easily.

Overall this is a great product

I like that the product beeps every thirty seconds to let me know it is time to switch areas. My teeth feel like I just went to the dentist for a cleaning.
Pros: no batteries to change
Cons: it tickles

This is a good product other than it stopped working in a month

I bought this couple months ago and my toothbrush is not working. It makes the noise but does not move the bristles. I have been using Philips electronic toothbrush for years and my old one stopped working properly after changing the brush head so I bought this new one. I hope Philips can replace this for me as I haven’t even used it for a month yet.
Pros: it is very easy to use.
Cons: i think i got a lemon

Our toothbrush holder charges OK with green lights showing full charge. Then if brush holder is left plugged in after several hours one light turns yellow and clicks several times. After several years trouble free use.
Pros: convenient on countertop, flexible uses, light weight, packs easily for trips
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

much better than a standard toothbrush

This product gets my teeth much cleaner than a standard toothbrush. When I was between Sonicare toothbrushes, I noticed how my forearm got tired when using a standard toothbrush, plus the plaque build-up was harder to keep at bay.
Pros: easy to use, like the extra travel charger and case, sterilizer is easy to use and clean
Cons: it's too easy to shut toothbrush off mid cycle, diffult to remove brush head for cleaning, hard to keep bottom of handle looking clean

I initially found the vibrations unexpectedly intense, but after only a few days I became accustomed to the feel and now it seems stimulating. The package we bought had 2 power units and chargers so we keep one at home and one in our RV.

Great product , easy to use and very efficient .
Would recommend it to anyone who is in good and healthy oral hygiene cycle.
After year you may notice a power loss due to the battery but the customer service is great and very helpful so no worries they stand behind the product.
