I had a problem with the first Sonicare and the Phillips' customer service provided immediate no hassle service and replaced the first Sonicare with a new one. The Product works because it helped to heal my diseased gums in four weeks.

I have had ultrasonic toothbrushes before, but none as great as this one. I LOVE the perfect size that fits my hand so well, not too large at all. I love how it cleans my teeth so beautifully that I only have to go to the dentist for cleaning once a year when I used to go every 3 to 6 months. I love the sterilizer part of it so I don't have to dip it in peroxide or anything and I feel safe though flu season etc. This is a wonderful product and the BEST I have ever had. I LOVE my Sonicare Flex Care +!

My dental hygenist recommended switching to this unit for gum massaging. I use it everyday. 4 minutes total time. Thirty seconds each side, upper/lower. Hope the battery lasts a long time because it can't be replaced. This is the only negative.
Cons: can't replace battery

I find that my front bottom teeth are cleaner in the back and my molars are much easier to clean thoroughly.
Pros: more even results
Cons: handle is rather long
