Love this toothbrush! Had the original sonicare for 8+ years and the only flaw was how the head fit onto the handle and the build-up of gunk that would develop there.
Bought this one and love it even more than the last! I use the "clean" and "refresh" modes mostly but have tried the others. I floss at least once a day and brush at least twice. My teeth are in great shape! I had a few regular dental issues prior to using the original sonicare (8yrs ago) but had very few if any issues since then.
Highly recommend!
Pros: lots of great features, easy to keep clean, works well and consistently, love the interval timer

The brush keeps falling off when my husband uses it. He removed the ID ring and that seems to help . I don't have as much a problem with it but the brush head does now seem to stay in place without constantly pushing it on.

Couldn't be without it

When I visit my family, all of whom live in a different city, I use a regular toothbrush, but I don't feel that I am doing as good a job cleaning my teeth. It's always such a relief to get home and start using my Sonicare again.

Less Chair Time

I have had great success with this product as I visit the dentist every three months for cleanings. My time in the chair has been significantly reduced as a result of this product. My cleaning routine has not changed only the brush and this brush does work.
Would like to see a modification to the cleaning setting button as it is easy to change when you don't want it to.
Pros: great cleaning
Cons: too easy to change the settings

Replacements much too expensive

I don't believe the over all construction is sturdy enough. The post holding the brush wobbles and seems like it will eventually break. I will not replace it then, tho I love the performance, because the price for the unit and brushes are too high
