This is the second Philips Rechargeable tooth that I have owned. The first had a nice thick base that was easy to hold on to and the on/off switch was located where it did not interfere with your use.
This on the handle is slimmer and the switch is constantly in the way. It will run for a few minutes and then somewhat hiccup, quite strange. And my teeth do not feel as clean as they did before.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've had it for two weeks and so far, so good. I don't have to work as hard to brush my teeth and gums. The best feature so far is the 30-second per quadrant timer. I don't have to worry about over-brushing any area.
Pros: ease of use

thank you so much for the outstanding warranty service you provided, i did not realize how much my original toothbrush was not providing the protection of my teeth till i was provided the warrantied toothbrush and to see the optimal performance the toothbrush can provide. thank you again for the great customer service and fast turnaround time for the product. i would not normally write a review for everyday living items but i definitely wanted to provide your company with great feedback!

I am not enamored with the "added features".

Sonicare has repeatedly redesigned this product over the past 15 years and I do not feel that the quality has been consistent or has been improved on. The heads wear out fast and we have had two newer units replaced under warranty. They were purchased at a premium from our dentists office too. If there was another brand to choose from I would seriously look into it when this newest full featured sonicare bites the dust.
Pros: chargier and battery life is very adequate.
Cons: heads wear out quickly, features not a big selling point., we've had 2 units die on us.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I really like this brush, especially the timed tones that tell you when to go to another surface. I had a tendency to brush too long, but I feel confident now and have good hygiene reports.

Turn On, Angle on Gums, Stroke Teeth and Gums. Eliminate plaque, tarter, and tooth decay. I recommend it for those who want to die with their natural teeth white and intact. And those are the facts, maam. Even Sgt. Joe Friday would like this product.

This isn't my first Sonic care Toothbrush nor will it be my last! This toothbrush has kept my teeth clean and most importantly healthy. I love the design because of its simplicity of use. It's relatively easy to maintain and is great for travel. I most likely will not purchase any other brand of toothbrushes in the future. This product from Phillips is a true winner on the market today!
