This is a great toothbrush.

This toothbrush is so simple to use and keep clean. After using your mouth feels fantastic. My first brush broke after about six months, but Phillips replaced it free of charge after I called their 800 number. The toothbrush is pricey, but you won't regret purchasing it after using it for a while. It also has improved my dental visits; getting me a two thumbs up from my hygenist. Also the sanitize feature is a nice touch, considering how may germs are floating around in the bathroom. The other feature that I enjoy is the timer that is built into my model. I know exactly how long to brush each are area. Thanks for making my day.

This product keeps my breath fresh

Everytime I use this product, I feel like I just came from the dentist. It is easy to use. Keeps teeth fresh for hours. Has different settings to accomodate individual needs. The bristles could be softer for people with weaker enamel.
Pros: the uv blub keeps the toothbrush clean.
Cons: the bristles are too hard.

This product beats Oral B hands down!!

My last power toothbrush was an Oral B model and then I thought it was great but after going through two of them because they wouldn't hold a charge my dentist told me that the Philips sonicare was the best. I'm telling you now this is the one to buy. What a big difference in cleaning power. Traveling is great too cause I've gone 8 days without charging and its just as powerful as the 1st day. The sanitizer is great as well.

Gum disease? What? Me? I brush twice a day and floss every day! Now after going to my Periodontist and having a root scale. I keep up my gum disease free mouth with my Sonicare Flex-care. Worth the money when you don't want to loose your teeth at 50 yrs. old.

I love my sonicare toothbrush. My teeth feel cleaner than they did with a regular brush. I like the timed feature.

Pros: good size, easy to use and recharge, good adjustment of uses
Cons: difficult for travel, head replacement should be easier

Does the job, fairly easy to use, fairly attractive, and fairly well-designed, but...
Battery life is too short (only a few days of brushing for two people)
Re-charge time is too long (all day -- close to 24 hours)
Sometimes the brush heads are so hard to remove that they break (the base stays on the brush handle, while the stem and brush come off in your hands)
If you're not paying attention and you're not leaning over the sink, toothpaste will sometimes run down the brush and drip all over everything
The blue sanitizing light doesn't work as well as in an earlier model. This is purely esthetic, but looks count (ask Apple)
Pros: thorough cleaning
Cons: little things keep it from being perfect
