Great for oral health

My husband had gum problems and the dentist recommended using this toothbrush. Well worth the money!! He's back on track to a healthy mouth
Pros: sanitizer
Cons: replacement brushheads

My teeth have never been so clean! With the multiple settings and the timer, I LOVE brushing my teeth. I run my tongue over my teeth and it glides across them. Would highly recommend this to anyone. My mouth feels so fresh and my gums are stimulated.
Pros: easy and fun to use
Cons: wish i had bought one sooner!

The toothbrush is good. We did have an issue with the first one, the metal part came out of the top. This happened within the first few month. We were suprized, because we like Phillips products.
Pros: ease of use
Cons: too many settings

The rubberized grips you have added are excellent!

I have trouble disconecting the head from the charging unit. It gets more difficult to disconnect each time. I ruined the last one due to the rubber around the charging unit. It stuck to the brushing head and tore off. I am afraid that is going to happen to this one too. I pull it apart after each brushing.

I've been using one since it's inception--pre-Phillips--obviously not the same one! Tried another brand once but went back to Sonicare which has better features and my teeth really felt like I brushed them.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My dentist recommended that I purchase this because I was having periodontal problems, along with cavities. I like the ease of use and timing device. I don't have to figure out how long to brush. I just put in my mouth and let it do the work.

Received electric SonicCare tootbrush as a gift.
Really liked the product but tootbrush stopped working after several months.
Called customer care on how to order a replacement.
The nicest lady took my call and sent me a ne one at no charge which I received in three days.
Probably the best customer service department i ever worked with.
