This has been a great product. I love the different modes. When we have dental work done we can use the different modes on the sensitive areas.
I also love it because know it is easier to get everyone to brush their teeth more often.

massage feature works well; the handle provides good grip. No molding problem with casing material unlike the last sonicare toothbrush i owned. like the UV disinfecting device.

The Sonic Flexcare+ works very well. My teeth feel ultra clean afterward. I like the ultralight cleaning feature to sterilize the brushes. Con: Using it makes my teeth and head rattle. Even after I've finished, I can still feel the vibration for some time. Also, it is awkward to hold the somewhat heavy toothbrush while putting the toothpaste on it. And, it is difficult to keep the toothpaste from spattering all over the sink while brushing.

Great toothbrush for cleaning teeth. But...

We have had 4 of them and just after 2 years the post that the brush slides onto loosens and makes the toothbrush useless. We love the cleaning but it is wAY TO EXPENSIVE to replace the toothbrush every 2-2.5 years.
My wife and I each have our own and we do not change the heads. If we did they probably wouldn't last as long as they did.

Cons: doesn't stand up to time, too expensive to replace every two years.

I like the light touch of this product but I am not sure how much good it is doing. The only feature that I find superfluous is the GoCare short cycle. You can always turn off the unit.
