This product is really good. Your teeth feels real clean and refreshing. This toothbrush makes you want to brush more often.

poor battery life

I'm on my second handle as the original would only give me 20 brushes (manual says 42). The new handle will only do 15. Customer service says I need to charge X 24 hours interrupted (which makes it difficult to brush twice daily as recommended). I'm trying that but will probably need a third handle. Also why would anyone design a toothbrush that can't be charged near metal as most medicine cabinets have metal in their construction.
Pros: great brushing
Cons: poor battery life, unable to charge near metal

I have owned earlier models of Sonicare toothbrushes but the Flexcare+ is by far the best. Ease of handle, variety of speeds/time and longer use without having to recharge raises the standards for others to follow.
Pros: best cleaning ergonomic handlevariety of speeds.
Cons: none

Couldn't live without it!

I have terrible gum recession and sensitivity, so this toothbrush is a necessity. Using a manual brush is pure pain for my mouth! Now have cleaner, whiter teeth and dentist recommended.
Pros: less sensitive teeth, whiter smile

My favorite toothbrush

Great investment, this toothbrush is perfect to maintain a good dental hygiene. After the first use, I've felt the same as after a cleaning at the dentist.
I had issues with the toothbrush who started acting up after a few months but Philips customer care services were great and they sent me a replacement one shortly and at no cost!
I'd recommend this toothbrush to anyone willing to invest in a good dental hygiene!

I've worked as a dental assistant for 34 years. When we did start getting Sonicare information in the office, I purchased one. I've had several models over the years, always updating whenever a new one came out. I've purchased Sonicare toothbrushes for both my daughters and their families. I've even past along my old handles, (with new heads of course). I have recommended Sonicare Toothbrushes many times to patients. Then in turn purchased Sonicares. One grandmother bought 5 for her grandchildren. She said that she couldn't get them anything more for Christmas but felt the grandkids were getting the best.
Pros: smaller handle
Cons: the button to change speeds is too "touchy"
