I have used the Sonicare Flexcare for almost a year now and it works as well now as the day I purchased it. I had a stash of manual toothbrushes at the time and have used them only to clean grit between my floor tiles! Seriously, this is a great toothbrush. My teeth feel so slick and clean after each use. I really like the sanitizer, too. There two types of replacement brusheads from which to choose, ProResults and HydraClean. I prefer the ProResults but that's just my preference.

Love how clean my teeth are!

It took me a long time to finally buy the brushes. But now I'm so glad I have them. My teeth feel so clean. One problem, my husband and I need a system to tell who is who's. there should be something to identify multiple toothbrushes in the household.
Pros: 3 speeds
Cons: brush pops off

I bough this product to do a better job of brushing my teeth, I have been using a plane old tooth brush. Wow was I supprised by the job this tooth brush did. I love the way it cleans and stimulates my gums. I wish I had got one of these sooner! It does a better job in less time and I really enjoy using it. I brush more now that I did before and that a very positive plus. I can highly reccommend this product to anyone thinking about getting a power toothbrush.
Pros: cleaning and stimulating teeth and gums
Cons: non so far.

Absolute Necessity!

I LOVE my Sonicare toothbrush! I can't go without it! The carrying case keeps in safe while traveling so I do not have to go a day without it! I have had several models and so far this is my favorite! It is quiet, and in my opinion keeps my teeth the cleanest and whitest. The battery has lasted the longest out of any that I have owned. I also like being able to sanitize my toothbrush head with the UV sanitizer. I have not had a cavity since using a sonicare toothbrush (10 years). My gums have not receded anymore either. I was brushing too hard with a manual brush. I also get compliments on how white my smile is and I never use any other whitening products. If you are on the fence about whether or not to spend the money on a Sonicare, go for it! You will make up the cost by the savings you will have at the dentist!
Pros: easy to use, quieter than some other models, brush sanitizer

This toothbrush comes with 2 brush heads a UV brush head sanitizer that cleans the toothbrush heads.Has 5 setting the choose from. A carrying case and an extra charging cord. Improving your oral and gums health.
Pros: 5 settings2 toothbrushes and a carrying case

problem changing the rechargeable battery within the toothbrush

I purchased this product at my dentist's suggestion. I have registered it online, right after my purchase in August 2010. The rechargeable battery within the toothbrush just died. As per the instruction in the manual, on page 13, i inserted a flat head screwdriver into the slot located at the bottom of the handle and turned counterclockwise to release the bottom cap. This did not happen after several tries. The cap would not release and basically after so many attempts, the screwdriver basically stripped the 'slot' so i am unable to get the cap off. To me, this seems to be a manufacturer defect. This turned out to be a very costly toothbrush
