I like the product, but I wish it had come with the DiamondClean Standard sonic toothbrush heads. Great improvement over the Elite-E 9050 which I've been using since 2008. I only wish they made these toothbrushes with replacement batteries.
Pros: ease of use
Cons: would like to be able to replace the battery.

The high speed brushing action is far superior to a Manuel toothbrush. It seems a high price to pay initially but it is worth the cost for improved checkups at the dentist.

I like all of the settings although I use it mostly on the "clean" setting. It holds a charge for a lot of uses. I leave the unit unplugged most of the time. I use the brush UV disinfection each time I charge the unit.
If I had one complaint, it is that tooth paste runs down the brush and onto the handle while in use.
Pros: battery life

I never really thought I needed a electric toothbrush until I decided to buy this one and try it out. After the first time it was evident how cleaner it left my teeth and gums. They felt polished. It took me about a week to get used to the feeling of my teeth feeling like I just came out of a dentist after getting a cleaning. Love it.

The brush is so easy to use and the preset intervals not only makes you brush the teeth sufficiently, but it is also calming in the morning - to know that you are noow going to relax for 2 minutes
