Great toothbrushes and cleaning system

We really like our toothbrush and cleaning system - its well designed, easy to use and looks great on any counter. Leaves our teeth feeling clean and with proper brushing techniques we can have healthier teeth and gums.

I had a Phillips before. I felt it was better and easier to use. Also door on santizer was easier to open & close on older model. Feel you cheapened your product.
Pros: work fairly well
Cons: not as good as older model

I purchased it 6 months ago on the recommendation of my son inlaw and was very greatfull. It's easy to use, effective and I take much more care of my teeth with this toothbrush. I had better results at my annual appointment with dentist.
Pros: easy to use

Very happy- with minor reservations

My husband and I have been sharing this toothbrush for nearly two years now. The sterilizing compartment holds two brush heads, which works perfectly for the both of us. At a little over a year, the handle suddenly stopped taking a charge and completely died. After a no-hassle online chat with customer service and some quick troubleshooting, we were quickly accommodated under the two-year product warranty, and a replacement was mailed to us. As an aside, thank you Phillips for offering the chat feature and not making me wait on the phone to talk to an agent while juggling a crying newborn baby! Although I was initially not pleased about the handle wearing out after so little time, the excellent customer service made this a non-issue for me. I do however hope that we won't face this problem again! I am very diligent about rinsing and drying the metal tip that you plug the brush head into to keep toothpaste and hard water deposit build-up at bay, but there are still plenty of little crevices for gunk to settle. Ditto for the underside of the handle where you plug into the charging station- there is a soft rubbery plastic outer layer of the handle over the hard plastic battery case that also takes in water and discolors over time- even with frequent wiping. This drives me nuts, but I can't see any way of avoiding it or cleaning it more aggressively without perhaps causing battery damage. Even so, my husband and I do really like this toothbrush- it prolongs that dentist-clean feeling. My hygienist is always very pleased at my professional cleaning visits by how little plaque build-up I have, I give all the credit to this product.
Pros: works great to keep teeth feeling very clean, great for gum massage, love the sterilizing head storage case, takes up minimal counter space, excellent customer service should you need it
Cons: design makes handle cleaning difficult

My teeth never felt cleaner. I wish that there was a rubber seal under the brush head to keep the dirt and grime from forming there. I recommend cleaning the bottom of the head at least once a week. Otherwise, I love the toothbrush. Replacement heads need to be more affordable. Still love it.

My wife and I have been using this toothbrush for the past 6 months or more. We both find it more than adequate in removing all particles and film from our mouths. The different settings are very helpful for each of our needs.
