Our dental check-ups have improved but have had some problems with it.

We really like our Sonicare. Our dental check-ups have improved. I gave it a high rating despite the fact that we have had 2 replacements under warranty. We had good customer service, received our new ones very quickly. I hope the design will be improved to eliminate those problems.

Thorough cleaning plus ease of use

Having braces as a more than mature adult convinced me to buy the Sonicare. Great decision. Teeth are clean clean, and my gums are healthier than before. I love the ease with which I can now have a healthier mouth.

I love my sonicare toothbrush over competing brands. It always makes my teeth feel so clean after brushing and its not too rough. I like to use the extra soft sensitive bristle heads. I'm a recent dental hygiene graduate and will definitely recommend it to my patients.

When my Sonicare stopped charging I contacted your department.
The person I spoke to was very courteous. When I gave the serial number on the base of the brush holder, I was told immediately that it was still in warranty and another one would be sent. From the time I called until I received my new piece was only 3 days. I could'nt believe such fast service. I am very pleased with the product and would not hesitate to recommend it.

Good but....

Both my wife and I used this toothbrush for more than a year. Two dental checkups later our dentist told us that there may a marginal improvement in plaque accumulation but there definitely was an alarming degree of Gingival Recession (Receding gum) that caused the tooth sensitivity we were both experiencing. So, back to manual brushing we went and after about 4 months there has been some improvement in tooth sensitivity but it has not resolved completely.

Couldn't Live without it

I have burned through three of these toothbrushes. I've been using sonic care for over 15 years. It just keeps getting better and better: the design, the modes and app technology.
I wish they would make a waterproof sonic care that you could use in the shower.

Excellent electric toothbrush---please eliminate the requirement to fill this box
Pros: timed settings for brushing
Cons: indicaator positons on handle
