I love the toothbrush but I had to have it replaced under warranty, luckily I sent in my extended warranty online as it was two months before it was going to expire when I had to use it. the customer service was great...we have loved these and have had several sets. we upgraded to the diamond clean one.
Cons: cleaning toothpaste from bristle head connection

great brush

I had periodontal issues and was looking for something to help me start better habits. I have been getting better checkups since starting to use this product. This was my 2nd one as my first one was starting to die after many years of use.

Toothbrush very effective

I'm quite impressed with the toothbrush's effectiveness in cleaning our teeth. I'm NOT IMPRESSED with the cost of the brush replacements. $20+ for three is excessive. But, we don't have any alternative but to stick with them.
Thanks for the good product however.

There is nothing like a Phillips Sonicare. It clean yours teeth as close to the way a dentist cleans them as possible. I would not be without this product.

Our dentist recommended using the Phillips Sonicare toothbrush and, although the initial investment seemed high, we made the purchase. Using the Sonicare has greatly improved our daily oral hygiene and six month checkups. With a regular toothbrush our teeth never really felt clean. Now, our teeth feel as clean as when we leave the dentist's office each and every day!

The three modes of operation and the three minute timer are most useful for me. The timer help ensures proper length of use suggested by dentists. The modes are particularly useful for people with less then perfect teeth. This function really helps maintain those difficult teeth.
