Product performance is excellent.

Had a previous basic model Sonicare before purchasing this one and really liked it. However, this model has many more brushing features and longer battery charge. I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. Only drawback is the ease in depressing the brushing style button when just holding the toothbrush.
I would recommend this to a friend!

There is a timer when you use the brush it suppose give you a two minute time to brush with hesitation 4 times to get each quarter of you mouth but mine stoped turning itself off after a week. So I have to time myself. Also anoying that each of us has to change the head when we want to use it. They should come each with their own handles less chance of breaking it changing the head all the time
Pros: timer good when works
Cons: timer stoped working, change heads for each person is annoying

I really like this toothbrush! It gets my teeth cleaner than I've ever been able to get them before. I purchased the toothbrush with all of the features. Although I have used them all, I feel that I truly only need the one feature of "Brushing." That is the primary reason I bought the brush. If I bought another one, I would purchase the brush with just one feature. Thank you for your product.

So far this is a good product, it does clean teeth better but think it could still do better. I am wondering if the brush head should be round to "cup" each tooth? Don't know, I am not a dentist. But I do like it so far. Only been using it for about 6 weeks.
Pros: easy to use
Cons: does it get between teeth??

I've only been using my new Philips Sonicare FlexCare for a week or two so I'm not knowledgeable enough at this point to review all the features. One thing, though, was immediately evident. My teeth felt incredibly clean when I stopped brushing on the Clean cycle. I can only imagine what teeth will feel like when I test out the 4 remaining cycles.
The next try-out will be the traveling brush as I'll be going overseas for 2 weeks this fall. The instruction booklet states, I think, that this brush will run on batteries for several weeks. That would be a blessing instead of searching for the correct electric plug and adaptor. The design of the traveling brush is sleek and attractive and won't take up a lot of spaceinthe suitcase or on the bathroom counter.
Looking forward to exploring all of the Magic Toothbrush's features !!
Pros: like the design of brushes
Cons: the turn on/off button could be larger

Substantial improvement in teeth cleaning, had best dental checkups ever after i began using the sonic brush. Replacement brushes easy to find. One of the best dental investments i've ever made!
