The Phillips Sonicare toothbrush is amazing. My teeth have never felt cleaner. I never use a manual toothbrush any more. Even my dentist said that my gums looked better after using it for just 6 months!
Pros: the electric brush does all the work for you., your teeth get much cleaner, aids in gum health
Purchased on recomendation of Dentist. She has been telling me for a couple of years that i am a "scrubber" and brush too hard. This toothbrush really fells like it's doing a great job, next checkup will tell.
This is the perfect electric toothbrush. It stays clean unlike the previous one I had. It is the perfect product.
Pros: ease of cleaning
I would recommend this to a friend!

While I know that a blade will always give the closest shave, I had hoped this would have given me at least a close enough shave, but it doesn't. I am Italian, so my hair is a little thicker, but still I was hoping it would work as advertised.
Pros: price
Cons: doesn't give a close shave, doesn't work as advertised
I was really looking forward to using this toothbrush, having heard good things about Sonicare. I was extremely disappointed. 1. It spattered toothpaste all over the bathroom. I discovered "How do I avoid spattering?" was one of the FAQ's. Answer:"Keep your mouth shut while brushing." You must be joking. 2. There was very little power. Yes, I tried the suggestions to improve the situation. They didn't. 3.The excessively long handle was hard to manipulate and caused water to run down my arm. 4. I didn't feel it was doing an even halfway decent job of cleaning my teeth.
Pros: i can't think of any
Cons: pretty much everything
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not easy to use.

Not what I expected. When you put toothpaste on head and turn it on, it slings it off. Sensitive setting beats my inside lips. Don't have enough hands to hold my lip out. Can't figure out how to use on inside gums, feels like dentist is trying to clean gums roughly. Counter top is a mess when I'm finished. I have an expensive paper weight.
