I should have started using the Sonicare toothbrush years ago. I have had better checkups at the dentist. I usually need some numbing gel before cleanings; this last time I didn't. My teeth never felt so clean.
Pros: it travels well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

As an 81 year old it does take awhile to teach an old dog new tricks but having said that I really appreciate the design, engineering and performance......Used in conjunction with my water pick I plan on having these teeth at least another 19 years....Go for it............

My first Sonic Care was purchased in the 90s sometime and lasted until 2009 when the battery finally refused to charge, not bad. It lasted maybe 8,9,10 years, not sure. The new slim Sonic Care is excellent and I took it to Europe and many trips, sometimes it ran a week or more on one charge and my dentist said it was doing a great job until one night it started running by itself, pretty weird. However Philips replaced it at no cost. Believe me that 2 weeks without my Sonic Care was like some kind of withdrawal pain, I surely missed the clean feeling it gave my mouth. When the replacement arrived the first thing I did was brush my teeth to enjoy that cleeeeeaaan feeling.
Thanks Philips for your kind service and fast replacement. I don't plan on living without a Sonic Care for the rest of my life, in fact we now have 3 new ones in the family.
Pros: can't live without it
Cons: none.

I love my sonicare flexCare+ toothbrush. I had it for about a year and a half. I have weak gum, and my dentist always mentions that I shouldn't brush too hard or too often. But how can one live without brushing your teeth as often as one desires? FlexCare+ has a "massage" function that is a softer brush and doesn't wear away your gum. Does whiten your teeth after couple uses!
Pros: battery lasts long, does everything it says it does, much better to brush than regular toothbrush, whitens teeth as it says it does, good on the gum
Cons: it's easy to press other buttons while brushing, hard to clean some areas
