Great product and customer service

Got the product for my wife. She is happy with it till it is broken after 1 year. Customer service sent in a replacement (new one) immediately and everything works fine now.
Pros: professional design and robust
Cons: motor may be not very robust but depends

Went to my dentist, and had my routine 6 month check up. The Hygentist stated that the amount of plaque build up was so light that it was next to none. I just went for another 6 month check up and the Hygentist said I had no plaque build up to speak of.
Pros: compact design, wide range of functions, different brush head designs, lightweight
Cons: too pricey $$$$$

Had read that some people found that brush heads broke, but we've had no such problem. I suspect broken heads come from applying too much pressure as if the device is a manual toothbrush. Our old model had broken and we'd gone manual for several months. Immediately noticed the benefits of using an electric toothbrush again. Battery holds charge a long time. Portable case and charger work well, too. Now if new brush heads weren't so expensive, I'd be a real happy camper.
Pros: easy to use, much more effective than manual brushing, battery life
Cons: expensive replacement brush heads

I love the way my teeth and mouth feel after brushing. In addition, the UV brush head sanitizer is an absolute 'must have' for me.
Pros: does more than just brushing

I have use this product about 2 months. It makes such a big difference in the way my teeth and mouth feel. We went on vacation , but I did not take my electric toothbrush. I used my regular tooth brush, my teeth did not feel clean until I got back home to use my Phillips electric tooth brush. It felt GREAT!

Great system

A really nice system. Somewhat expensive for a toothbrush - but far cheaper than even a single cavity.
The new brush heads are roughly 1/2 the price of what the original Sonicare heads were.
Pros: does a great job cleaning, encourages a full 2 minute brushing
Cons: expensive
