Product design could use some improvement

The buttons on toothbrush base are in an awkward position. I inadvertently hit some of the other buttons while brushing which is very frustrating as I have to stop and press the desired setting again. In addition, the brush heads are much to hard which causes sores on my gums. You should offer soft brush heads for those of us with sensitive teeth and gums.
Pros: effective cleaning of teeth and gums.
Cons: poor placements of buttons., need softer brush heads.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice, but doesn't last

This toothbrush was great in the beginning. I especially liked the timer that tells you when to start brushing a different quadrant. Also liked the travel accessories.
However, the construction was flimsy and the toothbrush broke after 2 years. The cleaning unit was always a pain to get the door to shut completely. If you didn't, it wouldn't turn on.
Now, because the warranty expired right before it died, I'll have to buy a new toothbrush. Don't know if I'd do Sonicare again

I like the product, however, after just a few uses, the bristles turn white, which is supposed to inedicate to change the brush.

I love everything about the product

I love everything about the product the only down fall is the replacement toothbrush heads are very expensive. I wait until the very last moment to buy new one because I hate to spend the money on them. When you have more then on person using the brush the heads don't last very long. Times are tough .
Pros: my teeth are so clean
Cons: expensive to replace the tooth brush heads

Improved dental exam

After 4 months of daily use, my gum health was decidedly improved. My dentist showed me the actual number improvement for my entire mouth and it was impressive. Using the Sonicare FlexCare+ was the only change I made during that time.
Pros: very easy to use
Cons: none

Great Toothbrush!!!

Just had 6 month check up and have had this toothbrush since may. My hygienist said my teeth had very little plaque and my gums looked the best she had seen them. My teeth feel like I've been to the dentist every time I brush! Love it!!!
