sterilizing unit feature

the sterilizing unit worked fine for two months.
then became sporadic as months past. Now doesn't seem to work at all, Sometimes it will kick on when I smack the bottom of the unit.

Cons: unrealiabilty to sterilize brush, toothbrush difficult to program

This product was recommended to me by my Hygenist who was familiar with the sensitivity that I have. Previously I was using a base model Sonicare and even though I loved it, I figured I would try the Flexcare model since it offered options for sensitive users. I absolutely love this toothbrush. The style, size and brush modes are great and easy to use. I also like the brush sterilizer, I use it about once a week.

A wonderful product and one I would not want to do without. I have all caps, implants and a bridge...all cleaning made easier with the sonicare.

I loved mine so much I got one for my daughter and her family...we have a grandson with eight damaged teeth due to a traumatic brain injury and he will have to have eight root canals and caps now that he is home after 10 months...hopefully the sonicare system and the air flosser that I also got them will help him and be easy for him to use.

I have convinced my family members to get Sonicare toothbrush because its just so easy to use. It is a bit expensive but it really worth in the long run. Since I've used my sonicare FlexCare + I have noticed a difference in my teeth and gums, and others have noticed as well. Also, the Sonicare line is made very well, I looking forward to buying more products and never using an ordinary toothbrush again. My Sonicare has been my favorite purchase!
Pros: easy to use, easy to travel with, sensitive feature, easy-start feature
