Easy to use, well thought out features

I got this product after years of resisting suggestions from my hygienist. I thought that the vibration on my sensitive teeth would be just too uncomfortable. However, to my surprise, after just a short time I became completely used to the sensation, and my last two dental checkups reveal improved oral health. I especially like that the timed two minute cleaning periods are divided into four segments, signaled by quick pauses- I use this feature to time how long I've been working on each quadrant, and how much longer I've got to go- two minutes of brushing can seem like a long time, so this feature helps! I also like the small lights on the unit that indicate how much charge the device has. All in all, a great dental health aid!

I cannot get the brush off of the base to put it in the cleaner. I didn't get the extra brush with it but I guess it wouldn't have helped. Other than that it works and cleans great. I would recommend it. Maybe someone stronger than me can pull the brushes off.

Need travel consideration

Need to make it lighter for travel including the handle and the charger or even make the charging to a USB charge so no accessories are needed to charge. Now it's so cumbersome and heavy that might opt to not bringing it and bring an ordinary tooth brush instead.
Pros: options for sensitive tooth.
Cons: too heavy for travel including the charger.

In the 5 years I have used this product religously I have had a good check up every 6 months.
Pros: perfect addition to my daily routine
Cons: replacement brushes are expensive
