The dentist was very pleased (for the first time!) since I purchased the Sonicare. I have an amazing different in plaque removal. I love the cleaning process, including brush cleaning, and all the options on the brush.
Pros: sanitation thoroughness
Cons: minor design/positioning challenge, hitting the buttons with my hand placement
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am very happy with this product and happy that the dentist recommended it. My check ups have been better than ever and I love the results I get with the Sonicare. I only wish I had this product when I was younger.
Pros: is very non abrasive to your gums and teeth
Cons: when the battery runs out you can't replace it.

This is the best toothbrush on the market. I have used Phillips Sonicare toothbrushes for going on ten years and they have always been the best. They work well. They help produce excellent dental health as evidenced by minimal dental hygiene procedures. They are backed by one of the best companies I have ever had to deal with for any product. My last brush had a battery issue after about 18 months and Phiilips went out of their way to get me a replacement in a very short length of time. With my experience with Phillips I will continue to be a loyal customer.

Really does a good job of cleaning teeth. I especially like the 2min/15 second timer that makes it easier to clean all areas.
The only thing I don't like is that it's easy to change modes accidentally.

My dentist told me i would benefit from changing my toothbrush in my last visit. I was a bit reluctant at the beginning but I trust him and I decided to get the Philips Toothbrush. I must say it is a complete different experience. The cleanness sensation afterwards is worth every cent of this product.

I have been fighting Periodontal disease for many years which included 4 visits a year to my dentist for deep cleaning.
About a year ago I purchased the Sonicare electric toothbrush, and all my visits since that time have amazed both myself and my dentist. In addition my mouth has never felt clear or fresher.
I love the built in timer which allows me to know when I have thoroughly cleaned each quadrant.
I can truthfully say my experience with customer service is as exceptional as the quality of my Sonicare.
I would recommend this to a friend!
