I was satisfied in the timely manner that you replaced my unit due to power issues.
the only issue that I have had with this model is that it is easy to change the setting without wanting to do so due to the location and sensitivity of the mode button

This is an excellent product. I got it as a gfit to replace a Sonicare I had used for 12 years before it died. I wanted this model for the variety of settings (refresh, gum care, etc.). I find I really use those-especially the gum care (which is actually just an extra minute of brushing) and the refresh settings. The cleaner works well and I also appreciate the travel case. I have taken it on long weekends without the charger base and it seems to hold the charge just fine. The only problem I have had with it is for a few days it would start when I pushed the button, run for about a minute, and then stop (on clean or gum care settings). I had to re-start it. This happened for about 3 or 4 days, then it went back to working normally.
Pros: different brushing setting, brush head clener, travel case, lightweight handle
Cons: had a brief problem with unit staying on

I love my sonicare toothbrush! Absolutely love it! It works very well and I couldn't be happier! The only problem that I've noticed is that putting on and pulling off the brush head frequently causes the brush head to get pulled apart at its base connector. This has happened for 3 of my brush heads so far.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great toothbrush for really clean teeth

This toothbrush does a super job of cleaning and also has a gum massage mode that is cool. I would definitely recommend this brush to anyone looking for an effective and quality rechargeable toothbrush.

Quality is poor

Previously my sonicare handles would last about 5 years. Since Philips has bought Sonicare I have noticed my handle only lasts little over 2 years. Had the first one warrantied out and the second handle didn't make it to a full year. Too bad, as I loved my sonicare but it's too expensive to replace every 1-2 years. There is a problem with the handle "faulting" out for some people I guess.
Cons: life of product
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
