Love this product. The only thing I am less than fully positive about is that the surface is a bit slick. This is a very minor consideration, but after months of use I still think about it slipping through my fingers a bit. Still, the product is worth buying.
Pros: design of brush head. easy cleaning., handle somewhat slick - very slightly

My wife and I both agree that our teeth have never felt cleaner since purchasing the Phillips Sonicare Toothbrush. However, less that one year after purchase, the battery in the handheld unit would not hold a charge. Thankfully, Phillips replaced it immediately and it has been great.
Pros: fully charged battery lasts for days!, comfortable, sleek design, good grip

My Dentist over many years advised me to purchase this tooth brush, but I always felt it was rather expensive! Not so, it surely makes a difference and my mouth after brushing really feels great...not like when using a regular old fashion tooth brush.

I love my Sonicare for it's ease of use and elegant design. It's perfect for my lifestlye. I want to brush effectively but I also want to save time doing this. My Sonicare does all of this and more. I've never had a problem with it and the results are fantastic. I'm cavity free!
Pros: easy to use, easy to clean
Cons: brush head change indicator not always accurate.

Ecellent product. Needs more weight in the base

Product design and engineering get high marks. Documentation too. The only nits I have to pick are that the base is so light I consistently have difficulty inserting the brushes into the uv container, I knock it and drop the brush as I attempt to place in uv container.
Pros: well engineered
Cons: base insubstantial causing unintended consequences
