This product has a real flaw

It is almost impossible for me to remove the brush head as it takes all of my strength using a towel to remove the head to replace it and put it in the sanitizing area. I am not happy with this product so far as I am a strong person but removing the head has become impossible. Please advise....

Love it, but it's had to be replaced twice!

I really love this toothbrush, and would have given it 5 stars no problem, expect for the fact that it has broken and had to be replaced twice in the 9 month period that I have been using it. To Philips' credit, they have sent the replacements quickly and without any hassle, but I do wish they wouldn't break after just a few months. Other than that though, it keeps my teeth feeling great, and I love the UV cleaner and all the different mode options.

I'm sorry I waited so long to purchase this product. I had to leave it behind, when I went away for five days. I could not wait to get back home to use it again. The hand tooth brush just could not measure up to my Philips tooth brush.
Pros: very easy to care for
Cons: it can get a little tricky to find a replacement

We love this product....mouth and gums feel so clean after use. The 2 minute timer is so helpful but I don't want to stop cleaning when if finishes.
Cons: brush seems to wear out before 3 mos.

I have enjoyed having and using this sonic tooth brush. Only issue i have had was bristles coming out of one of my two brushes. i trimed them off with sissors and have had no more problems. Highly recommend it.

This is my second sonicare toothbrush. They last a little longer than the warranty period. But...well worth the money.
Cons: sediment collects between head and toothbrush
