Your teeth feel like you have just gotten them cleaned at the dentist office. I especially love the UV brush head sanitizer.
I'm thinking of purchasing this for my adult children for Christmas.

The best electric toothbrush I've owned

There is really only one thing to make this better and that would be to improve the ergonomics of the handle.
The function of the system, the great cleaning of the head, the benefit of the UV cleaning system, the long lasting battery and how great my teeth feel after using it make this unit the best electric toothbrush I've ever owned.
Pros: uv cleanser, long battery life, great cleaning power
Cons: handle could be improved

Great feature and healthy teeth and gums

Excellent product. The many features makes it easy to focus on my gums and teeth. The cleaner ensures my brush is always ready for use and germs at a minimum. My next check-up should receive a good review from my hygienists.

Sonicare followed through on the warranty

The UV Sanitizer part of the toothbrush stopped working. I called Phillips and was referred to Sonicare who sent a free replacement bulb. When the unit still didn't work with the new bulb, they offered to replace the unit free of charge, which I accepted. I am very impressed by this reassuring act of corporate responsibility. Customer Service, once I got to the right company - Sonicare - was very good. The toothbrush pamphlet says to contact Phillips but don't bother. It took a long time to speak to someone and when I did, it took a long time for them to figure out what to do about the issue. As soon as they directed me to Sonicare, the problem was handled.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love this Philips Sonicare toothbrush! I particularly like the sanitizing feature. I also love the different settings on the toothbrush itself, i.e., full 2 minute brush cycle, shorter cycle for those busy mornings, etc.! My mouth feels so refreshed and clean when I am done brushing and I know that my teeth are super clean and healthy!
