I had never owned such an expensive toothbrush, but I wanted one with gum care. I love the ability to choose different cleaning modes but my favorite is the gum care setting. I hope that at my next cleaning there will have been improvements in my gum health as a result of using this toothbrush.
Pros: multiple cleaning modes
Cons: i am not impressed with the uv sanitizing charger, the unit does not hold charge for as long as state, high purchase price

I upgraded to this sonicare after my old one would no longer hold a charge. It is so much better! Multiple cleaning frequencies, light, easy to clean, and easy to use. And, I've had numerous comments from friends and family as to how white my teeth are... wow. All I did was change my toothbrush!
Pros: awesome cleaning power.

This is the best toothbrush I've ever used and was highly recommended by my dentist. This is the only toothbrush out there that makes my teeth feel clean and mouth healthy.

Best Sonicare I have owned.

This is the third sonicare I have owned as does my husband. It is very easy to use and stays charged longer than the older ones did. I have used the sanitizer which is really simple and nice to know it is cleaner to put in my mouth. Haven't taken it with me traveling but may when I go for my vacation the end of this month. i would recommend it to my children as the best toothbrush they can use.

This brush is wonderful but quality control is poor as this is brush # 4 since we mae the first purchase. Therefore, I marked I would not recommend, at least not yet. We'll see if this brush lasts longer than the 3/4 months the previous brushes performed.
To the company's credit, each time a brush failed, they made good under the w arranty and sent me a new brush. I like the brush and really hope this new replacement brush continues to work properly.
