I love this product. Ever since I purchased my original Sonicare my dental check ups have greatly improved. Less plaque and my gums especially greatly improved. Would recommend this highly to anyone. All the sonic products work great but I like the sterilization process for the toothbrush head so I am very happy with this one!

Broke right after warranty expired

The rubber gasket that seals the head to the toothbrush mechanism wore out after one year and I can't order just the toothbrush. I don't want to buy a whole new set because my charger/sanitizer is still good. I loved the product when it was working. I wish Phillips had a way for me to purchase just the part that is broken rather than having a buy a whole new set.
Pros: cleans well
Cons: wore out, can't order just the broken part

wouldn't be without one, wish I had purchased one years ago, saves me time and money at the dentist easy to use and I know my teeth are clean after each use would highly recommend it to everyone who cares about clean, cavity free teeth.

When I first used this product, the two minutes seemed extreme; I thought there was something wrong with it! Now I know it takes at least two minutes to thoroughly clean one's teeth.

My teeth and gums feel really clean after brushing with this product. However, Brushing the top inside of my teeth I find uncomfortable and ticklish to the roof of my mouth.

I can't say enough about the Philips Sonicare FlexCare+.
It is user friendly with its two different size brush heads,
easy to clean after use, the UV cleaning feature for the brush heads
is great.
The hard travel case makes it easy to travel with. Just add all items in the case and your good to go.
I would recommend this product.

Cons: too many cleaning modes e.g. gums etc., charger base not sturdy.

The product is excellent so far. I have used the tooth brush long enough to really like it. The question will be how long it last.

The tooth brush is excellent so far. It has more brushing power than I expected. The handle holds a charge for longer period of time than I expected.
The brush head I am currently using seems to be good for me although I would like to try other brush heads looking for one that is better yet.
The timing buzzer keeps me focused oh cleaning g each area as it should be cleaned. My mouth is much cleaner than manually brushing.
The final test will be the length of service the unit can deliver which i understand is the weak point and hold Phillips treats customers that have problems. Thank You.
