Cannot delete programing from unit unless hooked to computer. Had older version that allowed me to delete unwanted programing.

Let's get the bad out of the way first, While I thought the earbuds sounded OK, I found them to fit horribly, Very uncomfortable and very hard to get them to stay in my ears.
I also found the volume to be lacking. Just needed a little more Oomph for my taste.
I found the sound quality to be very good, Nice clean sound that did a nice job of giving overall balance to music.
The MP3 player is very easy to use, The menu's easy to navigate and I liked how easy it was to get my Go Gear to sync with Rhapsody to give me easy access to a huge library of songs.
