i thought it s a very good prouduct but i needed help so i think it is a bit complicated

it is a good prouduct but to complicated ,your book that was in the box has had a problem with me i could not figure out how to put videos on it was to complicated for me kep up the gooood work though

non-compatible waste of money

I am sorry to spend the time and money for this poor performing MP3 player. The tuner is of poor quality with lots of noise and I can not import wmv audio books from the library. It says every time I attach it to my laptop that I need to update the firmware, but following the steps in updating the firmware does lead to an error, saying firmware can not be updated. I wished, I could return it.
Cons: i do not know where to start...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The product is great, the only problem were the headphones they were lousy but the product itself is great, easy to use, people friendly. I will recommend to my friends, thanks!!!!!!!!!!

Stopped charging after 2 months!

It worked good for 2 months and then it just wouldn't charge anymore.

Never turns on

I have now had two of these mo3 players, and both, after having them for one year and six months (both exact) will not turn on or hold a charge. I'm fairly disappointed, and will not be buying another.
Pros: good battery life, clear screen
Cons: battery short-circuits, screen scratches easily, almost never charges, resets itself at least once a week, radio doesn't work

Pleasantly surprised

This is my first MP3 player. With no directions, it took a bit of playing with to figure how things worked but once I got things figured out it didn't take long to get a lot of music loaded and ready for listening. Using the included software, it was simple to RIP CDs and with it set on auto sync all the music is transferred and organized by simply connecting to the computer with the provided USB cord. The quality of the sound of the playback is high. I have opted to match the player with a pair of Sennheiser ear phones because of their wrap around the ear design. I am happy with this purchase.
