It worked great after you went on line to figure out how to operate it. Don't leave it in your car, went on vacation an used it to play thru the radio. Made the mistake of leaving it in the car, at first the screen was blank but still played, then it quit alltogether.

It is confusing to operate even the online downloads are even hard. Maybe should of spent the money on a I-Pod????
Pros: plays good once you learn how to use

I have some problems with hand tremors, and the design of this MP3 player was not entirely easy to get use to. Also, the printed directions were anything but clear. If I were 18 again I might have figured out sooner. Other than that I am very happy with this product.

this product has never fully charged nor has it ever turned on without using all my knowledge of data storage.

I am very pleased with GoGEAR MP3 Player. It is easy to use, I down loaded my music and audio books without any problems. I have enjoyed listening to my books, my last player didn't work with audio books. The music sounds great I am very happy with it. This totally meets my needs and then some.
