I currently own a Kitchen Aid side by side door which is 20 years old at the cottage and I am so impressed with its performance and the ease of replacement parts that I specifically looked for another Kitchen Aid refrigerator. They work really well even with the high humidity in the summer. Quiet and lots of storage space. The ice maker and cold water dispenser is just marvelous. How I ever lived with out one. So you have a very satisfied customer. Keep up the great design and production. I would definitely buy another Kitchen Aid refrigerator when the time comes. But they do last a long time.

I am very happy with my new refrigerator. Unlike side-by-sides I have had in the past this refrigerator is very spacious. I have no trouble getting a 13x9 pan into both the frige side as well as the freezer.

This is a great refrigerator. The best I've had and it's my second Kitchen Aid.. Very sleek and easy to use. I enjoy it every time I open the door or even just looking at it. The only feature I'm not happy with is the ice maker. It makes the ice freeze together and then when you use the ice dispenser, it ends up with ice falling on the floor and coming out as ground up instead of full cubes. But it's still worth the money!

Drawer fronts fall off

All three drawer fronts fell off. I have all kinds of tape failing to hold them together. I am past the warranty point and replacing them is crazy expensive. I have always recommended and bought Kitchen Aid appliances, so this was especially disappointing.

I did a lot of research. Many refrigerators had negatives, but this refrigerator has performed well in the freezer and the refrigerator. The 'on the door' ice maker has better features than my previous top of the line refrigerator.
