This is a wonderful fridge. It does everything I need it to do. The ice does come out fast. You just need to keep whatever you put your ice into up the opening and then you don't have ice all over the floor. I love the max ice feature though.

i like this product in my remodeled kitchen. I particularly like the filtration system - couldn't even use the ice in my last fridge - with this one the ice and the water taste great!! The only complaint i have is the fridge is VERY loud!

Size is great for our family of five. I enjoy all of the special display features. 1. Not happy with whatever the "stainless steel" surface is made of. There are now rusty marks on it from my magnets. Same magnets that I use on last fridge with no issues, 2. Ice maker is always giving my husband a difficult time, 3. I keep hearing a dripping sound when ice maker fills up. I was told not to worry about it but would not be surprised if we find the door is full of water one of these days.

Problems with Freezer Door and rubber door gasket

The refrigerator looks great and has the features that we were looking for. However, the freezer door at times has condensation on the outside of the door and water beads down the door gasket and pools water at the bottom ref. door. The seller has ordered a new door, said it would take approximately 6-weeks to get. I hope that this will correct the problem but, have my doubts that it will. Kitchen Aid products should not have these type of problems. We are very disappointed.
