Basically, it started out great. I loved it. I love the keyboard, still do. Unfortunately, the performance has gone downhill since I purchased it. Like any other person, I have dropped it a couple times. Nothing too major, just the occasional slipping out of pocket or hand, or sliding off the bed. But it obviously is sensitive. The lock/power button doesn't work anymore, which is probably due to user damage, so I'm not complaining. The battery, though, has become basically unusable. I've had the phone for about a year, and a few months ago, it started to randomly shut off, and sometimes randomly shut off and restart on its own. It would do this for a whole day or two, then it would go back to normal and be fine. It was bearable until about a month ago, when this became a constant thing. But instead of just restarting, the battery woud just "die." Now I say "die" because there is no possible way the battery was actually dead. I would charge it every night while I sleep and, by lunch the next day, it would die. A couple weeks ago, it got even worse and decided to "die" within 20 minutes of being disconnected from charging, despite its Fully Charged message display. I had the carrier service center hard reset it, which was to fix it, but by the time I got home, it was back to its old ways. The battery will go from 99% to "2% or less" within seconds. Maybe it's defective, but I wouldn't recommend it. It was good for 6 months. It's a shame that most carriers have a 2yr contract. Now I have to deal with this phone for another 364 days until my upgrade is avaiable. It was good when it worked though.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight, easy to use, touchscreen and qwerty keyboard, like a blackberry but less work and more play, perfect size
Cons: Did not meet expectations, didn't last long, not durable, hard to find protective case for it, battery charge seems to deteriorate after a while
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

When I first bought my Replenish, I was very happy with the upgrade from my Blackberry Curve. It had a lot of build-in features that I use extensively. Except the calendar didn't work. It doesn't have enough space to upgrade any of the very few apps that I have. To get the latest version, I have to uninstall the app and reinstall it. Battery life is about eight hours after six months of ownership. I get a "Cannot charge non compatible battery" message with the stock battery, and now it won't charge from my computer. It makes phone calls, though, which is more than my Blackberry ever did, and the battery life is about the same.
Pros: Inexpensive, Lightweight
Cons: battery life
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice phone!

I recieved this phone about a year and a half ago. It works well for the most part, however it does not have much storage space. I only have two apps (Instagram and Glow Hockey) and i cannot download any more. I also only have about 30 photos in gallery. The battery life is fine, however if you are using the internet, it will not last long. Other than those two issues, this phone has been great! It loads very quickly, sends texts quickly, Very easy to text on, camera is pretty good, LOVE the pink color, the screen is a good size, and it is very durable! I have dropped it many times, and it still works great with just a few scratches! Definitely recommend it.
Pros: Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, easy to text
Cons: low battery life, bad memory/storage
I would recommend this to a friend!

I really like this phone. It runs good most of the time, is easy to use and has quite a few features. I have had mine for a little over a year now. It's wearing down but still runs ok. It shuts down on me sometimes and can be slow at times, but I've also had it a year and have used it ALOT. The only thing I wish it had is more internal memory, I can't have more than a few apps an no games at all. I can't save half of my 'downloaded' apps onto my sd card and I can't update my apps because there's not enough memory. Overall though it's been a good phone in other ways!
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight, runs good
Cons: not enough memory, can't turn off camera sound
