[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My knives were in bad need of some help and I took a chance on this sharpener. I’ve never sharpened knives before so I didn’t know what to expect. At first I wasn’t sure if it worked, then I tested my knives out and they were like new. Highly recommend it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Model 1520 PRO - Electric Sharpener - 2-Stage 15°/20° Dizor - Brushed Metal works great! It was easy to use to sharpen all my kitchen knives and utility items. It was very quick, not too noisy and doesn't take up too much space in the cabinet.

Convenient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife sharper is super convenient and does the job! I usually use a knife sharpening post manually but this makes sharping my knives way easier and more efficient. I was able to sharpen all of my knives within 15-20. I did spend about 5-10 minutes reading the directions to make sure I was using the product correctly and they were easy to follow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Chefs Choice Knife Sharpener is great. Sharpens knife perfectly. My knives were in bad shape ready to be trashed but once I used this it was almost like having new knives. I will continue using and would highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sharpened a bunch of old knives we had that had been dull for a long time. Easy to use. Amazed at how much sharper they were than with my manual sharpener. Process is quick about 5 to 10 minutes per knife depending on how dull it was. (Most took about 5 minutes) not too loud. Doesn’t take up too much room. Looking forward to sharpening more knives (read: joy to use- going to sharpen every blade in the house just cause I can- and then bring it to my relatives house to sharpen all their knives)

Simple to use and keeps my knives in great shape!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sharpener is user friendly and gets the knives sharp with just a few swipes. Angle guides automatically hold your knife at the correct and constant sharpening angle. It can sharpen both 15- and 20-degree class knives and even serrated knives, something many other sharpeners can't do. It also has non-slip feet beneath to help keep the unit in place while you're using it. So far, my knives stay sharp for at least a couple of months after sharpening with this sharpener. I cannot speak to the longevity of the machine or how it holds up, since I've only used it once, but my first impressions are great.

Great for sharpening non fineness cheap knives .
I have VG 10 blade knives that the metal is to soft for this grinder
After sharpening it then polishing on a 8000 grit stone the knife ,it still was micro rough
Not recommend for high end knives .
