ALL THE BELLS AND WHISTLES

Love the night light feature, surface light is very bright. My plate option is nice, but not sure I will use this feature. Can be vented or ventless; big plus since the builder did not put in a vent for a microwave.

Best microwave oven we have ever owned!

This oven has so many great features: the ability to turn the turntable off when using a large baking/roasting dish that won't turn; exhaust ducts located over stove burners; better lighting for stove top; racks to enable cooking of two large dishes; to name a few.

Our old microwave lost it magnetron. It was cheaper to buy a new one than to service the old one. Sad but true. I like everything but the button layout and functionality. It's hard to use in low light settings. It would be nice if the buttons were backlit, but that is a minor annoyance.

Not the best microwave I ever owned

I purchased this about 2 months ago to replace the one I already had. This was supposed to be an improved model. I liked my old one better. First, when I sat at my kitchen counter, there was just enough light coming through the bottom edge to shine right in my eye. It was so annoying that I had to put a piece of black electrical tape to cover the frame where it shone through.The cooking times take longer than the older model. The mounting brackets are slightly different so we could not just install it without the new brackets. The User Manual is useless.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Handsome appliance that fits into the kitchen nicely. It is quiet as it does its work, and I like the fact that you can do more than one thing at a time; i.e. I can time something which is on the stove, and at the same time, I can be reheating a plate of veggies in the microwave.
