Easy Install and work very well!

Purchase about one month ago. We had the profile II previously and the back bracket was identical to the old microwave. The new unit mounted perfectly to the wall make my job very easy. Great features with this unit

Replacing an older model from 2003. Profile series, hopefully this one lasts even longer. More modern lifestyle features.

Works fine cooks fast good fan suction - needs brighter work light and clock light too dim to read in well lit kitchen.

I purchased to match the Profile gas stove I purchased. I like having a shelf to use so there are two levels. Easy to set quick heat times. Negative comments the glass plate and plastic ring does not fit properly so does not turn when cooking as it should. Directions for things like setting the clock not easy to find. Primarily made in USA a factor.

Not as good as previous model!

Bought this a couple of months ago and am not thrilled with it. It is not as powerful and seems to have cheaper features. Don't like the inside being black. Harder to push buttons and feels like it is going to break. Not thrilled with this microwave. Price was too high for the quality it is.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Are these supposed to be disposable?

Long gone are the days when an appliance lasted until your kids grew up. My kitchen remodel was less than 3 years ago and since then I have had to -repurchase the microwave and the fridge is not working well either. Service and customer care people are nice but the products are not reliable and of inferior quality. I will never purchase GE appliances again.

Great microwave - poor material

I am very disappointed in my GE black microwave. My last one was a high quality door- not plastic. It is flimsy and scratches easily. I only use microfiber soft cloths. It occurred when cleaning dust off when I first got it. Very disappointed.

Stopped working!!

I have only had this microwave oven for a little over two years, and it quit working out of nowhere! The microwaves screen just went black and will not work at all. I have been reading these reviews, and it seems to not only be mine that this happened to. I'm so disappointed! All of my appliances are GE. I hope this doesn't happen to anything else.
