Microwave came with my new house. It's not user friendly to operate, e.g. programming a cook time of 10 seconds or power level is convoluted

Solid!

The door shuts square and shuts solidly, yet very little force is needed to open it. I am not much for all the fancy features, just want a well-built unit that will last 20 years (our last one made it 16 years, pretty good!).
Keypad relatively easy to use, it goes extremely well with our additional smooth top range, instructions were very good.
I will say, I used the wall brace/hangar from the old unit, as it was of heavier gauge steel, installed like a dream, solid unit.

I bought this a month ago and it needs repair. usually I don't get extended warranty but with this microwave is not as good as my old one

A GOOD REPLACEMENT

I was looking for a replacement for a GE Profile of 10 yrs. ago. Though this one seems to be fine, I miss the lighter colored interior, the brighter lighting of the clock and feature buttons. I seems to work great but I've only had it installed about a week.

We bought this when remodeling our kitchen. We are very happy with the way it looks and how well it works. One thing I have noticed is when using the popcorn button all the popcorn was perfectly popped!

It microwaves and stuff. It's nothing crazy fancy but it does look really nice and gets the job done. Has the extra features like soften, melt etc. The handle is plastic and has become scratched a bit but if you're not crazy about appearance, then it's great.
