I received no manual explaining the use of the various features which are inviting but not easily understood. Those I do understand have worked very well and a great upgrade.

Replacement for a similar 10 year old microwave

We had such good luck with a predecessor to this model that we bought this replacement. It fit perfectly, professionally installed in less than 30 minutes. There are more features on this model than the old one. It has worked fine since we got it. The cost of this was less than the one it replaced

Excellent microwave

This is an excellent microwave with easy to use features and large interior space. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the glass plate easily falls off the mechanism that makes it rotate. I never had this problem with my prior GE microwave.

I bought this microwave a month ago when my old one died. It works fine. It takes a little longer to cook, but I have no real complaints except that the outside surface does show prints any time it is touched.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We bought this unit to replace our 15 year old model. It fit right into the wall holder of the older GE model we replaced! Easy installation, great features and easy to use. Love it!

Disappointed no turntable stop! No auto nightlight

I purchased this two monthes ago, We Liked my old GE Microwave from 2009 better. Features changed that we loved! Seems that the exterior gets much warmer on the side called customer service they said that is normal. ???
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
