takes too long for cooking, also takes more time breaks if using the microwave for 15 mins cooking time, exhaust works better only when using back burners. poor when you have to use front burners. exhaust fan starts right away in high speed and you have to go all 4 speed levels before you can stop the exhaust fan.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Maybe I am just not used to keypad versus my old one, but you have to go through a lot of steps to select type of food, etc. I end up just selecting # minutes and guessing.

Beautiful Microwave

I have been using for a week and love the interior finish. Its not plastic and therefore is much easier to clean. The interior space is huge! The complete exterior finish is beautiful as well. Im glad I purchased this item.

My last GE Profile only lasted 2 years and had to be replaced. I decided to buy another Profile because this is the only one that would fit my opening. The door on this one is so much better than the old one. Everything seems about the same which I like. Had to get the extended warranty so I would not get burned again.
