Working great - love the "reheat" feature

We really like having the two shelves, but didn't know that it was recommended to take out the top shelf when only using the bottom rotating tray - thus, mildly annoying to put in and take out (but that probably keeps it from getting really dirty from splatters). Overall, the microwave works great. No problems that we can think of and have had it installed for several months now. We love the "reheat" button! It is great for reheating pizza or leftovers - no thinking or calculating, just push it and walk away.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A bit too many nested menu options

I'm a pretty basic microwave user and this microwave has a too few many nested menus for my taste. The scrolling options make them easy to locate but it is a bit time consuming waiting for the options to scroll by or to look them up in the written user's guide. In addition, the automatic defrost cycle leaves the food icy unlike my last microwave. On the plus side, I love the dark interior and the microwave is powerful and matches my other appliances.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

this appliance functions beautifully, in every way it's supposed to. it's very quiet, heating is even and accurate, exhaust fan is extremely effective, and it is quite stunning looking. one of my best appliance purchases ever, and i could not be happier with it.
