I use this product all the time. It is easy to use. It has all the features I need. I had a GE microwave before this one,just as good. My parents always bought GE products; therefore, I do the same when possible.

This product was installed in our new home by the builder. It has been in use for about 4 months with no issues. As long as this continues for years to come we will continue to be happy customers.

This quit working in the first 60 days then we had to wait nearly a month before it was properly repaired. Try living that long without a microwave oven, especially after just purchasing one brand new. Fast failure slow repairs. Did Essex buy seconds quality?

Makes more noise when microwaving than previous GE profile microwave oven.
Like ability to push in time - did not like the new models with the dials.
